A Senior E-commerce Manager who can take our digital strategy One Stop Further by enhancing e-commerce performance across global markets. In this role, you will lead high-impact campaigns, optimise customer journeys, conversions and collaborate cross-functionally to fuel growth across B2C and B2B platforms.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Prospecting and Purchase, you’ll be part of the team which leads and guides paid and organic media strategy, SEO and CRO. The team is responsible for boosting Eurail and Interrail Pass sales on our B2C platforms and coordinating B2B channels. In this role, you will work closely with our Channel Managers (SEA, Display & Video, Social, SEO) as well as CRO, aligning media and platform strategies to enhance conversion and revenue.
Main responsibilities
Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring a healthy synergy between paid and organic channels.
Oversee end-to-end campaign management - from planning and execution to ongoing optimisation - to meet performance targets and deliver effective ROI.
Coordinate e-commerce budget allocation across all channels, maintaining a full performance overview and ensuring optimal investment of resources.
Promote a test-and-learn approach, putting into action test and learn initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness and optimize conversion rates.
Funnel creation and optimisation in order to improve customer experience and conversion.
Track and analyse campaign performance in collaboration with the Digital Analytics Specialist, translating insights into strategic action.
Collaborate with team of Channel Managers across Paid Search, Social, Display and SEO fostering growth and achievement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as IT, UX, Product, Creative & Communications, and Customer Experience to ensure integrated campaigns and cohesive messaging.
What we’re looking for

In terms of your experience and skills:
8+ years of experience in e-commerce or performance management, with a history of increasing online revenue across global markets.
Deep understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion rate optimisation, and key e-commerce metrics.
Experience in coordinating and mentoring cross-functional teams.
Proficient analytical outlook and adept at utilizing performance data to guide decision-making.
Up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, platforms, tech-stack and best practices.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or a related field.

Salary Scale: 60, Monthly gross salary (excluding 8% allowance): €6000 - 7500 (full-time) based on experience.
