What you’ll be doing
You’ll be joining the procurement & legal team.
You’ll be involved in:
Supporting all procurement activities; negotiating with suppliers, drafting contracts, managing relationships with suppliers
Taking care of various operational tasks (keeping our systems and administration up to date, like using the contract management system and DocuSign)
Promoting best procurement practices across Eurail
Improving communication and collaboration between teams
What we’re looking for

In terms of your experience and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field;
Nevi-MIL, NEVI 1, CIPS or similar certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it in the medium term)
Financial acumen
Affinity with legal topics
0-2 years of experience in Procurement, including internships. This is a Junior role with the aim of career progression within the team.
Analytical and very detail-oriented (those endless T&Cs? Yes, you’ll need to read them)
Process-oriented but able to handle specific challenges when needed
High sense of responsibility (we need to meet deadlines regularly)
Efficient and flexible (we have a lot of last-minute projects)
Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Dutch is beneficial to have
Active listening skills
Feels comfortable acting as a mediator and bringing parties together internally and externally
Likes to involve others in the decision-making if it will add value
Likes to explain to colleagues the logic behind the processes
In addition, it’s extra credit if you have…
Knowledge of the SAFe framework

Salary Scale: 57b - 58, Monthly gross salary (excluding 8% allowance): €3000 - 4200 (full-time) based on experience.
