We’re on the search for…

A hybrid role that’s part Marketing Project Manager and part Studio Traffic Manager, this new position within Eurail brings together internal creative resources and marketing channel owners to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative outputs that meet deadlines and business objectives.

 

The Campaign Operations Manager is responsible for orchestrating the smooth and timely delivery of digital marketing campaigns and assets across our social, paid display, and video advertising channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Campaign Management

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns from creative brief through delivery, managing timeline and deliverables schedule.

  • Project manage end-to-end delivery of creative assets, ensuring deadlines and channel requirements are met.

  • Plan and facilitate key campaign meetings such as kick-offs, milestone check-ins, stakeholder reviews, feedback rounds and post-campaign retrospectives.

  • Liaise with marketing channel owners to consolidate requirements, objectives and metrics, clarify briefs and align on channel priorities.

  • Coordinate and consolidate feedback from internal stakeholders and external agencies.

 

Traffic Management

  • Serve as Traffic Manager for the internal creative team (designers, copywriters, video producers), optimising resource allocation and workflow.

  • Facilitate Eurail’s internal content and asset requests from across the business, including receiving and clarifying requests, aligning deadlines with business priorities, and communicating requirements and updates to requesters.

  • Facilitate creative reviews, approvals, and version control.

 

Workflow & Process Optimisation

  • Monitor and report on the progress of asset development, maintaining clear visibility of timelines, dependencies, and blockers across all creative deliverables.

  • Continuously improve processes and procedures, implementing tools and best practices to enhance team productivity.

  • Continuously identify and implement improvements in workflow processes, resource management, and campaign delivery timelines.

  • Proactively manage escalation and reprioritization when necessary to protect timelines and quality in line with business and brand priorities.

  • Track and report on campaign milestones, delivery metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction.

 

Key Relationships

  • Internal Creative & Comms team (design, copy, video teams)

  • Marketing channel owners (social, display, SEM, email, Community, PR)

  • External creative and media agencies

  • Senior stakeholders for campaign updates and escalations

In terms of your experience and skills:

 

  • You’ve previously been responsible for campaign operations, traffic management, or project management within in-house marketing or creative agency environments

  • You have experience operating within limited budgets, sometimes needing to get creative in how execution can meet requirements, align expectations or look for workarounds

  • Extensive experience partnering with diverse creative professionals, including visual artists, content creators, videographers, and production teams

  • Experience working with or managing external agency partners and suppliers

  • You get a good ‘gutfeel’ for a team’s speed of execution without time-tracking to rely upon, and are comfortable guesstimating projects and tasks

  • Effective communication & collaboration skills

  • A problem-solving mindset driven by continuous improvement

  • Practical experience with marketing operations or project management platforms (e.g. ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Monday.com)

  • Familiarity working within or alongside Agile teams (and specifally a Scaled Agile Framework)

  • Composed in high-stress environments and focused on deadlines

  • Collaborative, approachable, and solution-oriented

  • Keen attention to detail and organizational discipline

  • Comfortable challenging stakeholders and managing escalations when needed

  • Motivated, proactive, and passionate about operational excellence

  • Salary Scale: 59, Monthly gross salary (excluding 8% allowance): €4200 - 5500 (full-time) based on experience.
